Return & Refund Policy

Nagina Pustak Bhandar maintains the following return guidelines to ensure fair service.

Return Window

• Returns must be requested within 72 hours of delivery.

• Items must remain unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Competitive exam books and selected categories

• Used or damaged items caused by customer handling

• Items without original packaging

These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Conditions

• Approved returns may be processed as store-adjusted refunds or credits.

• Customers returning items are required to make a minimum purchase equal to 30% of the refund value during adjustment processing.

Verification

All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
